PACKAGES
All-inclusive, per guest
Your per-guest package covers both food and hall — it simply needs to meet the space's F&B minimum. Plus 8.25% tax and 18% gratuity.

GOOD TO KNOW
- BYOB — $300 corkage; bartender service $185.
- Event sessions: lunch 11:00 am – 3:30 pm · dinner 6:00 pm – 12:00 am.
- A security guard is required for events of 150+ guests serving alcohol.
- Deposits: 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the contract; 50% due 30 days prior to the event; 25% due with final guest count, 3 days prior.

Is there a minimum guest count?+
Yes — it's based on the hall (Camelia 60, Aralia 100). Agni Lounge is ideal for smaller gatherings.
What's included with the venue?+
Our amenities packages — premium lighting, cutlery, furniture, linen, A/V and service — are included with your food & beverage minimum.
Can we use outside vendors?+
Yes, you're welcome to use your preferred vendors as long as they're insured.
Is there a private dressing room?+
Yes — one private dressing room with a large, lit vanity mirror.
Will staff be on site during the event?+
Yes — an event manager is on site to assist, with one server per 80 guests.
Do we have to clean up?+
No — we handle hall cleanup. You're only responsible for personal items, leftover food and your vendors' decorations.
What are the rules for alcohol?+
We're a BYOB venue with a $300 corkage fee. Bartender service is available for $185.
How much parking is available?+
400 self-parking spaces on site (self-park; no valet).
How do we book?+
A 25% deposit secures your date. Request a date below or call our events line to discuss your package and contract.
